Plastic Modular
A superior range of plastic modular belts
from the hand of the inventor of the rectangular plastic modular
belt and plastic honeycomb from 1970. Using the latest computer
aided design software and the most up to date computer
controlled injection-moulding machines we are able to offer
again a truly cost effective range of modular conveyor belts to
compete with steel belts. We are second to none, for product
development, and commitment to supplying the customers with the
right belt for the right job.
We can supply a range of pitches to 76.2mm (3") as standard
but can go beyond if customer has special belting need. Just
tell us your requirements and we will design a belt to suit. No
fancy wording or fancy sprocket designs just clean lines and
straightforward operation.
Easy to clean and easy to use these
belts are time saving and cost effective. The materials used are
approved for food contact applications and operate from –40
degrees Celsius to +260 degrees Celsius or beyond if required.
The standard material range is Acetyl, Polypropylene
Polyethylene and Nylon, but other materials can be used and with
options of open form, perforated and slotted configurations we
are able to cover almost any conveying requirements.
The belts can go along straight sections, around bends, up
inclines, wherever you wish to send your products we can offer a
belt to deliver the goods, efficient, hygienic, long life,
smooth operation, we supply belts to carry any product, any
weight at almost any speed.
Simple construction and simple operations with no special
drive systems mean this range of conveyor belts is possibly the
best rectangular modular conveyor belting in its class in the
world. From freezing to cooking working in steam or dry
conditions we have the belt for you. |
Honeycomb/Flat Wire
Honeycomb and Flat Wire belts are used in all
industries because of their superior air/liquid flow through the
belt. They can be manufactured in a wide range of specifications
to suit most applications and special configurations are
manufactured so as to meet individual customer requirements.
Honeycomb and Flat Wire belts can be made to carry a variety of
shapes and sizes running in temperatures from -200°C to +700°C.
Belts can also be manufactured to carry items at a variety of
angles if required. Honeycomb and Flat Wire belts are made in
various materials including mild steel, galvanised, tinned and a
range of stainless steels and specialist alloys. Through using
these specialist alloys it enables the belt to carry varied
weights to extreme temperatures.
Honeycomb and Flat Wire belts are currently used in washing and
drying, confectionary bakery ovens and coolers, annealing ovens,
filtration and freezing. These belts are currently also used in
the construction of filtration belts for carrying filtration
media.

Filtration
Media Carrier Belts
All media filtration carrier belts can be
manufactured from many different types of belting configuration
such as Honeycomb/Flat wire centre section and conventional
weave side mesh.
The materials that these belts are constructed from are as
follows; mild steel galvanised and a range of stainless steels
or any other material that is required by the customer’s
application.

Woven Wire
Supreme Conveyor Belts
manufacture an extensive range of superior woven wire conveyor
belts. Most belts are produced to each individual customer’s
specification in a range of materials and sizes.
The most frequently requested belts include:
-
Balance Spiral Weave (B.S.W.)
- Flat Spiral
- Cord weave
- Duplex
The above belts are usually
manufactured using alternating right and left hand spirals being
connected by either a crimped or straight rod.
We can offer all the belts with side chains; side plates and
cross flights to suit. The most common materials requested are
galvanised mild steel, tinned mild steel and a range of
stainless steels but any suitable medium can be utilised subject
to availability.
As there are so many variations we can offer no standard chain
range but we work in full co-operation with our customers to
satisfy their design criteria. If you think we can help you in
any way to attain your perfect woven wire belt please contact us
and we will endeavour to supply you with your ideal belt. |
Slat Band / Plate link Conveyor belts
The belts are manufactured from double ended piano hinges and connected by a cross rod through the interconnecting hinges.
The belts can carry a vast range of
products, ranging from a few grams to many kilos in weight.
The very strong construction of the conveyor belts enable them
to be used in almost every conceivable industry, even where heavy loads need to be
transported.
All of our range can be fitted with side chains, side plates and cross flights where required.
We are able to supply all our range as flat top, perforated section, dimpled or any other type of carrying surface to suit the customer's own specific requirements.

Link Conveyor
belts
Supreme link conveyor belts can be
manufactured in any width from 150mm (6inchs) up to 4m
(157inchs) and any length to suit the customer’s requirements.
These conveyor belts are manufactured in almost any material
that is required by the customer but the most common types are
mild steel, zinc plated steel, and a range of stainless steels
or any other material that is required for the application.
The aperture of this type of belt can be manufactured to suit
the specific size of components and different sizes can be
incorporated within the belt width to allow for differing size
items to be carried at the same time.
These conveyor belts are used in washing machines, dryers,
baking ovens, and heat treatment installations.
Side chains may be fitted if required but this construction is
suited to being driven across the full width of the belt to give
maximum belt life.
